Robert Neuhann has nearly ten years of experience in HR & recruiting with an academic background in economics and psychology. Since moving from Berlin to Hamburg in 2011 he has focussed on “digital people” in the fields of Product Management, UX & Design, eCommerce & Online Marketing, and worked as a headhunter for digital companies and agencies in Germany.
In his role as Team Lead Recruiting & HR Performance Marketing at XING, he and his team are responsible for hiring the best Product Management, UX & Design talent for XING.
Besides that, Robert is interested in new work and how digitisation is fundamentally changing the way we work (and recruit!) both now and in the future. He’s a social media and data nerd who is always on the lookout for new ways to attract talent online.
